Cancellation Policy

At Flourish Nutrition Experts, we value your trust and are committed to providing quality services and products. To ensure clarity and fairness, we have established the following refund and cancellation guidelines: Cancellations • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of any scheduled service (consultation, program, or delivery) to qualify for a full refund. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. • No-shows are non-refundable. Refunds • Refunds are available for unused services or products if requested within 3 days of purchase. • Used or partially consumed services, such as attended sessions, are non-refundable. • Digital products (e.g., meal plans, eBooks) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. • If a product is received damaged or incorrect, please report it within 24 hours to qualify for replacement or credit. How to Request a Refund Please email services@flourishnutritionexperts.com with your order details and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
